  • If You contact Us via the website or by email / phone or give Us information about You in this way – We may keep a record of that correspondence.
  • If You join a Cooktastic Kids class You will be asked to fill in a registration form which will ask for contact details of the parent and/or accompanying adult, details of Your child and information relating to dietary requirements and allergies which is essential to providing a safe and effective teaching experience.

This is all information You provide to Us. Except as provided in this Privacy Policy, this will not be shared with anyone other than the person You have given it You. Your contact details might be passed onto another Cooktastic Kids teacher if they are closer to where You live or could better provide You with the services You require. We will destroy Your data after 5 years from the date You gave the data to Us.

From time to time We would like to contact You by e-mail with details of other classes that might be of interest to You. Please contact Us at if You would rather We did not contact You in his regard. Your name and e-mail address may be added to a distribution list like mailchip. You have the right to unsubscribe from this list.

Where We store Your personal data

The data We collect from You will be held at the home address of the teacher who received the correspondence or information from You. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although We will do Our best to protect Your personal data, We cannot guarantee the security of Your data transmitted to Our site; any transmission is at Your own risk. Once We have received Your information, We will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.
